A live SOS emergency video service is coming to iPhones that’ll let people easily visually communicate with first responders
It’s a partnership between Apple and a company called RapidSOS, but the overall service part of it’s still extremely experimental
We’re talking about something that’s strictly only available in Brazil, only applies to people with iPhone 14s or later who are ALSO calling 190, and even then, it won’t be applicable to all scenarios, anyways
That being said, they’ve actually been doing this in the UK for years already - and this is an extension of that same concept
