I turn Sour Triple squeeze gel into satisfying Ice Cream Rolls with crisp ASMR from the frozen pan. The grape flavor brings a fruity candy profile with the classic sour-then-sweet Sour Patch Kids taste.
Using my -30°C frozen pan and my two scrapers, I mix the candy and some fresh grapes into ice cream and work it through the full transformation. The tapping, chopping, spreading, scraping, and rolling create the ASMR moments, while the bright purple color makes the process especially satisfying and visual.
I finish the cup with an artistic decoration that keeps Sour Patch Kids - Grape at the center of the food presentation. The finished Ice Cream Rolls taste fruity, sweet, and tangy, with the grape flavor staying clear through the creamy frozen texture.
