This month, Global MOBIS News comes to you from the heart of Hyundai MOBIS — the headquarters itself — as we mark our 49th anniversary! 🎉

We start with the story behind the milestone: from building shipping containers back in 1977 to standing as the world's sixth-largest automotive supplier today. Colleagues from across our global network also sent in their own birthday messages.

Next, MOBIS published its 2026 Sustainability Report, with USD 105 billion paid to more than 4,100 partners over three years, renewable sources now at 29% of total energy use, and over 10,000 patents to date.

We then head to Beijing, where Xu Liping marks the 10th Transparent Umbrella Donation Campaign — 2,000 umbrellas for local students — while employees in Korea raised approx. USD 18,750 for children facing food insecurity.

From there, our GBA Attila welcomes us to MOBIS Sweden as it hosts Hyundai Norway and MOBIS Frankfurt for a behind-the-scenes look at Nordic aftersales operations.
