Bernie Revives Four Day Workweek

Bernie Sanders first introduced the Senate version of the Thirty-Two Hour Workweek Act in March 2024. This month, he and Rep. Mark Takano reintroduced the bill, aiming to gradually shift the standard workweek from 40 hours to 32 hours — without cutting workers’ overall pay or benefits.
