Fallout (2024) took the Gulper from the games and made it even more disturbing for live action.
Instead of simply recreating the creature, the series gave the Gulper a pale, axolotl-like appearance with one seriously unsettling detail — human fingers lining the inside of its mouth. It’s a creepy redesign that fits perfectly into Fallout’s strange mix of horror, science fiction, and dark comedy.
Sometimes the smallest creature details are what make the Fallout universe feel so unforgettable.
