노랑가오리 애와 회를 통째로 뜯어 먹어보았다

오늘은 노랑가오리 애 + 회💛

영롱하고 녹진녹진한 애부터
오독꼬들 쫠깃한 회까지 먹어봤어요🤤

신선한 애는 비린 맛보다 크리미한 맛이 가득!!
회는 통으로 먹기엔 생각보다 쉽지 않았지만ㅋㅋㅋ
썰어 먹으니까 담백하고 식감도 넘 좋더라고요😆

남은 건 냉장고에서 삭히는 중인데
과연 어떤 맛일지 넘 궁금…👀

Today’s menu: Yellow stingray liver + sashimi💛

Starting with the rich, creamy liver
and then the firm, chewy sashimi🤤

The fresh liver was surprisingly creamy without much fishiness!
The sashimi was pretty hard to eat whole😂
but SO much better once sliced😆

I’m aging the rest in the fridge now…
Can’t wait to see how it tastes👀
