We Gamed in 110° Heat and the Temps Didn't Move!?

We live in the hottest major city in the country, so we built a gaming PC
specifically to survive it. Arctic Liquid Freezer III Pro 360, a 65W Ryzen 5
9600X, and the be quiet! Dark Base 701 — which sounds like the wrong case for
a heat test until you realize the 701 is full mesh front and top. Then we
carried the whole thing outside into [110]°F and ran the same benchmarks
again. The CPU didn't move a single degree and the GPU went up five. It also
passed a 10 minute OCCT power test in direct sunlight. Full benchmarks, the
outdoor run, and an honest explanation of why our CPU sits at 90°C on purpose
