Nearly 30 years after the murder of Tupac Shakur, Duane “Keffe D” Davis is going on trial.

Davis has pleaded not guilty. Prosecutors do not accuse him of firing the fatal shots. Instead, they allege that he orchestrated the retaliatory attack and provided the gun used in the 1996 drive-by shooting.
