시즈오카를 여행하며 느낀 한 가지 생각을 영상으로 담아보았습니다.
이번 영상의 주제는 '망각'​입니다.

여행 첫날, 후지산은 두꺼운 구름에 가려 모습을 드러내지 않았습니다. 그 순간에는 마치 후지산이 존재하지 않는 것처럼 느껴졌습니다.

하지만 시간이 지나 구름이 걷히자, 그 자리에 언제나 있었던 후지산이 모습을 드러냈습니다.

구름에 가려졌을 뿐, 후지산은 사라진 적이 없었습니다.

그 모습을 보며 문득 이런 생각이 들었습니다.
우리는 살아가면서 얼마나 많은 것들을, 눈앞의 구름 때문에 잊고 살아가는 걸까.

보이지 않는다고 해서 존재하지 않는 것은 아닐 텐데 말이죠.

While traveling through Shizuoka, I found myself reflecting on a single thought, and I turned it into this film.

The theme of this short film is "Oblivion."

On the first day of the trip, Mount Fuji was hidden behind thick clouds. In that moment, it almost felt as if it wasn't there at all.

But as time passed and the clouds drifted away, Mount Fuji revealed itself. It had been there all along.

It was never gone.
It had only been hidden by the clouds.

Watching that scene made me wonder:

How many things do we forget simply because they are hidden behind the clouds in our own lives?

Just because we cannot see something doesn't mean it no longer exists.
