Fiji's Assistant Commissioner Loraini Seru has admitted to incompetence after an autopsy report detailing Jason Rigby's fatal chest wounds disappeared for ten months.
The hunt for his killer has now completely stalled after the Australian Federal Police sat on vital evidence from the victim's mobile phone for nearly a year.
