As Hangzhou ultrarunner Liang Xinde (Dali) approaches 3,000 km in Italy, even walking means moving forward. American Ultratriathlete Brad Kelly, a cancer survivor who once suffered from paralysis and has now completed 3,600 km of cycling, 844 km of running and 76 km of swimming, gave Dali a signed flag with those words. It brought fresh motivation to keep going.
