An RTX 5090 signed by the CEO of the green AI company, Jensen Huang, is worth a LOT of money - even for graphics cards - and this guy wound up owning one by ACCIDENT
The same card from the group’s 30th anniversary celebration wound up at a secondhand market, where it was unknowingly purchased by a 3D artist who, much like Kyler with his anime pod in this video, actually intended on using the thing
According to him, it was one of two cards purchased that also was supposed to be signed by an ASUS executive - meaning the shop PRETTY LIKELY didn’t know who’s signature it was exactly, but they DID know it was signed
And since this is a PC hardware collector’s dream, it’s now scheduled for an online auction where it’s being estimated to sell somewhere between 10 and 15 THOUSAND US dollars, or about double or triple the going rate for a non-signed card - but there’s a decent chance it’ll sell for more
