Roberto is a 63 year old husband and father, currently working as a chef in Las Vegas. Recently, Roberto was building his new home, went to the store to grab supplies and came back to his home being all in flames.

Roberto put his entire life savings into the home, losing his belongings, including his car in the process. To make matters worse, the insurance company is not covering the cost of the damages and lost items. Roberto works as a chef and his wife works as a porter at the nearby Red Rock Casino, but as a hard working couple in hopes of retiring one day, this tragic experience and news is detrimental to their future.
