Donald Trump says he has a new idea for ending Russia's war in Ukraine. But any peace proposal faces fundamental disagreements between Moscow and Kyiv that go far beyond what Trump calls a "personality problem" between Vladimir Putin and Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
