생율무가루 1큰스푼
(진주가루 1큰스푼)
우유, 요거트, 정제수(꿀2스푼) 2 큰스푼

섞어준 후 얼굴과 목에 발라줍니다.

심한 부분에는
집중적 바른 후 밴드를 붙여줍니다.
약 2주일 이상 꾸준히 발라주면
더 빠른 효과가 있다고 합니다
