Ukraine says it has struck more Russian oil facilities in overnight drone attacks, targeting key energy infrastructure hundreds of kilometers from the border. Kyiv has intensified its campaign against Russia's oil sector in an effort to undermine the Kremlin's war economy, even as Russian strikes continue to inflict casualties across Ukraine. At the same time, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is warning that Moscow may be preparing a new mobilization drive after September's regional elections, a claim the Kremlin denies.
