I turn Nutella and fresh blueberries into Ice Cream Rolls for a satisfying ASMR transformation that combines rich chocolate-hazelnut flavor with sweet blueberries.
Nutella is a smooth chocolate-hazelnut spread, while blueberries are small fruits with a mildly sweet and slightly tart taste. I mix both ingredients with the ice cream on my -30°C frozen pan and use my two scrapers to create smooth, evenly shaped rolls.
The tapping, mixing, chopping, spreading, scraping and rolling create plenty of classic ASMR triggers. You can watch the texture change step by step as the mixture freezes and becomes a cup filled with freshly prepared Ice Cream Rolls. I decorate the finished cup with Nutella and blueberries for a colorful and satisfying visual result. The final Ice Cream Rolls taste creamy, chocolatey and nutty, with a fresh fruity contrast from the blueberries. At the end of the video, I taste the Ice Cream Rolls and give the flavor a score based on its taste.
