Dominik has built his career at the intersection of engineering, leadership, and continuous improvement. Beginning as an electrical installer and automation technician, he developed hands-on expertise in building, testing, and commissioning complex industrial systems before growing into leadership roles.

Today, as Head of Electrical Assembly at Bioengineering AG, he leads a team responsible for delivering large-scale engineering projects from planning through production and final commissioning. Alongside managing quality, cost, and timelines, he is passionate about optimizing processes, driving innovation, and creating practical solutions that make both people and systems more effective.
