Executive Manager of Economics at REA Group Angus Moore details the latest in the Australian property market as national home prices continue to fall.
“We are starting to see a stabilisation in market conditions in Sydney and Melbourne,” Mr Moore said.
“That’s very much not true in places like Perth, in Brisbane, in Adelaide where conditions are continuing to deteriorate, time on markets continuing to increase and … price falls are accelerating.”
