The World behind words - Misconception | Sivamalani Sivaraj | TEDxWestberry School Tenali Youth

The Unscripted Future explores how leaders can navigate organisational change when the future cannot be predicted. Through the 4Ps of change—Purpose, People, Process and Performance—and the River Leadership Model—Anchor, Read, Respond, Reinvent—the talk shows how leaders can stay grounded in purpose while adapting to uncertainty.

The Tedx talk also explains how you cannot script the future. But you can build the mindset, people and organisation that are ready to navigate it.
