빅서 여행의 피날레 포인트 로보스 The grand finale of our Big Sur trip: Point Lobos #미국여행

북가주 카멜에 자리한 해안 보호구역 포인트 로보스(Point Lobos)는 캘리포니아 빅서 여행의 마지막을 장식하는 곳입니다. 아침 8시에 문을 열지만 공원 밖 도로에 주차하고 걸어서 들어오는 사람들이 많습니다. 길옆에 주차를하고 걸어들어오면 입장료도없고 밖에서부터 트레일이 연결되어 동네 공원을 걷는듯합니다. 짙은 파란색에서 에메랄드빛으로 변하는 바다, 거친 바위 절벽, 그리고 몬터레이 특유의 신비로운 숲을 간직한 포인트 로보스는 별세상에 온 기분입니다.
해안 트레일 전체를 둘러보는데 약 3시간이 소요되며 중간에 지름길로 돌아오면 약 2시간정도 걸립니다.

Point Lobos, a coastal nature reserve located in Carmel, Northern California, is the perfect place to wrap up a Big Sur road trip. The park opens at 8 a.m., but many visitors park along the road outside and walk in. If you park outside and enter on foot, there is no entrance fee, and the trails begin right from outside the park, making it feel almost like taking a leisurely walk through a neighborhood park.

With ocean colors shifting from deep blue to brilliant emerald, dramatic rocky cliffs, and the mysterious forests characteristic of the Monterey Peninsula, Point Lobos feels like stepping into another world. It takes about three hours to explore the entire coastal trail, or around two hours if you take one of the shortcuts back.
