One year on from receiving the 2025 Nobel Memorial Prize in Economic Sciences, Philippe Aghion joins us at LSE to mark the official launch of the Huth Initiative for a New Political Economy.
Professor Aghion is exploring one of the most pressing and challenging questions of our time: what kind of economy we want to build for the future - one that is dynamic, resilient and generates meaningful work. His remarks will be followed by a panel discussion chaired by Larry Kramer, and joined by Tim Besley, Daniel Chandler and Sara Hobolt.
