Off-duty armed police soldier saves four children from apartment fire

An off-duty armed police soldier sprang into action when an apartment fire broke out in Jishou, central China's Hunan. Finding a power tool to cut through window security bars, he climbed up the building to free four trapped children. All were rescued unharmed with the help of local residents.
