How can the wellbeing and resilience of those working in start ups be strengthened? A conversation with Dr Paroma Bhattacharya (Head of Social Innovation at LSE Generate) and Chitraj (Raj) Singh (Founder and CEO of MindHug) about the Resilient Founders programme.
‘Resilient Founders’ is an innovative action research initiative focused on entrepreneurial mental wellbeing, delivered by LSE Generate, ATLAS SkillTech University, and MindHug, with support from the British Council and the LSE Impact Development and Evaluation Fund. It is a pioneering international programme that equips founders with the tools, resources and communities needed to strengthen their resilience and overall wellbeing, and engages funders and ecosystem operators to prioritise founder wellbeing – with an overall vision of co‑creating supportive, resilient entrepreneurial ecosystems across the world.
🌈 Hosted by Professor Elizabeth Stokoe, Associate Vice President of Impact at LSE, and Dr Keri Rowsell, Head of Operations at 100x Impact based at LSE, this series features conversations between researchers and their external partners on their work together to create change, impact, and benefit from research.
