An urgent phone call came through to Incheon Airport. 📞

A family was desperately trying to locate a passenger who needed to return home following the sudden passing of a loved one.

As the passenger was a U.S. national, reaching and communicating with them presented several challenges. Despite these difficulties, Air Premia Manager Kim Doyeop went above and beyond to provide thoughtful assistance.

From making airport announcements to locate the passenger, retrieving their checked baggage, and changing their flight, he even personally escorted them to the taxi stand, offering care and support every step of the way.
