So you guys know me for Korean content. Well, life took a turn, and I ended up back in the corporate world, just as everything was being turned upside down by the pandemic, mass layoffs, and now...AI takeover. 😱

In 10+ years of working across organizations large and small, I couldn't ignore how many genuinely talented people were getting overlooked, passed over, or let go. Not because they weren't good at what they do, but because of how they were coming across. And honestly, with the job market being what it is right now... it's only gotten worse. Here's the thing...I didn't just watch it from the sidelines. I lived it. I went through hundreds of applications, dozens of interviews, when I left Korea to go to America. I started with an entry-level job (at age 28) and was able to triple my income not long after — not going to lie, it didn't come easy.
