최근 인친분께서 제보를 주셔서 확인해보니,
샤오홍슈(Xiaohongshu)에서 저희 유튜브 영상과 사진을 로고만 지운 채 그대로 사용하고, 직접 제작한 패턴 가이드, 자작나무 판, 사각 가이드 제품,
그리고 저희 가족 사진과 영상에 사용된 음악까지 무단으로 가져가 사용한 계정을 발견했습니다.
사진과 영상을 로고만 삭제한 상태로 도배하듯 게시하고 있더라구요.

저희 콘텐츠뿐만 아니라 다른 크리에이터분들의 제작 영상도
같은 방식으로 도용된 흔적이 보입니다.
해당 계정은 이를 통해 수익 활동까지 하고 있는 상황입니다.

국내외에서 공예 관련 콘텐츠를 제작하시거나 제품 브랜드를 운영하시는 분들은
해당 플랫폼에서 확인해 보시는 것이 좋을 것 같아요.

영상 속 제품 및 환심의 길이 등을 동일하게 판매하는 경우는 봐왔지만,
이렇게 노골적인 도용은 감정의 문제를 떠나 정말 놀랍기만 합니다.
어떻게 대응하는 것이 가장 현명할지 요즘 계속 고민하고 있어요.
우선 해당 어플 고객센터에 제보는 진행해볼 예정입니다.
지금 이 글을 작성하는 동안에도 업데이트가 되었어요.

Recently, we received a report from a follower and discovered an account on Xiaohongshu that has been using our YouTube videos and photos without permission — simply removing our logo.
They also copied our original pattern guide, birch wood boards, square guide products, and even used our family photos and music featured in our videos.
Our content has been reposted repetitively, just with the logo erased.

It also appears that other creators’ work has been taken in the same way,
and the account seems to be generating revenue through this activity.

If you create craft-related content or own a product brand,
you may want to check the platform as well.

We’ve seen cases where our products are imitated and sold,
but encountering such blatant content theft is beyond upsetting — it’s honestly quite shocking.
We’ve been considering the most appropriate response,
and we plan to report the account to the platform first.
Even as I was writing this post, the account continued to update new posts using our content.

If anyone has experienced something similar
or has advice on effective actions we can take, we would truly appreciate your help. 🙏🏻
