China envoy: China neither accepts nor recognizes the so-called 'South China Sea arbitration'

China has urged the Philippines to stop playing up the South China Sea issue in multilateral forums and instead return to the bilateral track, Chinese Deputy Permanent Representative to the United Nations Sun Lei said on Monday.

Sun made the remarks while exercising his right of reply to the Philippines during the General Debate of the UN General Assembly.
