The Pilot Who Vanished And What's Hiding in the Woods | Ep.208 | Ninjas Are Butterflies

What’s lurking in the woods of Florida—and why do so many people describe something that looks almost human? In Episode 208 of Ninjas Are Butterflies, we dive into the bizarre legend of the Van Meter Monster before heading into the swamps and forests of Florida to investigate terrifying reports of pale, unnaturally thin humanoids known as Crawlers. Are these creatures just modern folklore, misidentified animals, or could the stories of long-limbed, Skinwalker-like beings point to something much stranger? From a winged monster that allegedly terrorized an entire Iowa town to encounters with something crawling through the Florida darkness, this episode goes deep into some of America’s creepiest cryptid stories.
