오늘은 장어 데이✨

처음 먹어보는 장어 내장 볶음이랑
장어 덮밥까지 같이 먹어봤어요🤤

기름에 소금, 후추만 넣고 볶았는데
곱창처럼 꼬들쫄깃하고 고소해서 깜짝 놀람…
앞으로 종종 생각날 것 같은 맛😆

Today’s an eel feast!✨

I tried stir-fried eel intestines for the first time,
along with an eel rice bowl🤤

The intestines were simply cooked with oil, salt, and pepper,
but they were so rich, chewy, and flavorful!
They were especially good with fresh onion💚

Such an unexpected favorite😆
