Ten NHS staff removed from duty over Noah Woods medical records breach

Ten NHS staff have been removed from active duty or suspended while an investigation continues into concerns that three-year-old Noah Woods' medical records were accessed inappropriately.

Noah was found dead in a lake in Brantham, Suffolk, after a huge search involving around 1,300 members of the public.

The East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust has apologised to Noah's family and reported the matter to the Information Commissioner's Office.
