Development In Real Estate | Sanju Thakran | TEDxSGU

In this inspiring TEDx Talk, Sanju Thakran, Founder and Director of Thakur Logistic Park, shares his remarkable journey of entering the logistics and real estate industry at just 22, despite having no prior experience or family business background in the sector. After facing startup failures during COVID-19, he returned to India with a clear vision, overcame criticism and industry challenges, and worked towards building successful business projects through determination, continuous learning, and self-belief.
Through his journey, Sanju delivers a powerful message to young entrepreneurs and aspiring leaders: “Turn Your Problems into Fuel.” He highlights the importance of believing in yourself before others do, staying focused on your vision, and treating obstacles as opportunities for growth. His talk reminds us that success is not simply about luck, but about consistent effort, resilience, and the courage to pursue what others may consider impossible. Sanju Thakran is a real estate and logistics infrastructure professional and serves as the Director of Thakran Logistic Park (TLP), a warehousing and logistics development located near the KMP Expressway, Delhi-Mumbai Expressway and NH-48 in Haryana.
Through his leadership at Thakran Logistic Park, Sanju Thakran is associated with the development of modern warehousing infrastructure designed to support the evolving requirements of businesses and supply chains.
