홈가드닝을 한 지 8년이 넘어가는데도
여전히 가지치기는 영 내키지가 않아요.

뭐랄까…조금 아깝기도 하고,
괜히 불쌍한 마음도 들고요. 🥲
그래서 가지치기한 잎들은
종종 물꽃이로 활용하곤 해요.

분재 철사를 둘둘 말아
오늘은 작은 숙우에
아스파라거스를 담아주었어요.

버려질 가지였는데
꽤 느낌 있지 않나요? 🌿

Even after 8 years of home gardening,
pruning still never comes easy to me.

I don’t know…it feels a little wasteful,
and somehow a bit sad too. 🥲
So instead of throwing them away,
I often place the trimmed leaves in water.

I wrapped some bonsai wireand
arranged the asparagus fern
in a small ceramic bowl.

It was just a trimmed branch,
but doesn’t it feel strangely beautiful? 🌿
