Hey Joo orders a big happy cake for her fan meeting, and Kyle makes it with the help of the royal teeniepings. Meringueping, who likes to decorate, decorates all over the town with meringue. She enters Heartrose where only teeniepings were present and sees the cake. She thinks the cake isn’t pretty so she covers it with meringue. The royal teeniepings see it and try to catch Meringueping on the run—and it ends up with the cake covered by all kinds of desserts. When Romi comes in, she transforms into princess and chases her, but it’s difficult to catch Meringueping as she sticks to anywhere. Right then, Fluffyping shares a good idea. Can they catch Meringueping and give Hey Joo the cake she wants?

But Sandping says that filling the empty slots isn’t a prank but a mission. She even sandwiches Romi’s arms and legs and escapes! Can Romi and royal teeniepings catch Sandping?
