From 6–13 August 2026, the "PV+" Social Ecology Team from the School of Design at Shanghai Jiao Tong University embarked on a journey through South Africa, exploring renewable energy, ecological governance, China–Africa collaboration, cultural exchange, and sustainable community development.
Beyond sharing China's experience in the green transition, we stepped into real communities, listened to local voices, and explored how design can build bridges between people, places, and possibilities.
