Enten & legal expert unpack Dems' Alaska gamble amid DOJ probe

The Justice Department has dramatically accelerated a criminal probe into whether Alaska Democrats sought to confuse voters by recruiting a Senate candidate intended to siphon votes from the Republican, issuing dozens of new grand jury subpoenas and homing in on new potential charges, according to people familiar with the investigation.

CNN Chief Data Analyst Harry Enten unpacks the Dems' chances of controlling the Senate if their gambit backfires, and legal analyst and former federal prosecutor Elliot Williams analyzes the legality of the move. Also, Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee chair Rep. Suzan DelBene (D-WA) and the "CNN News Central" panel weigh in on the matter.
