We took the British chefs to one of Seoul’s oldest and largest traditional markets! From sweet, freshly fried kkwabaegi to fermented skate, they really tried it all.
A huge thank you to Chef Kim Miryung, aka Auntie Omakase (@imomiryeong), for welcoming us so warmly, sharing so many delicious traditional dishes, and showing us such incredible generosity. It was such a special experience!
