Top 10 LGBTQIA+ Villains in Movies & TV

Forget the tired queer-coded villain trope — this list celebrates complex antagonists who proudly embrace their LGBTQ identities. From a gender-fluid god of mischief to a campy cult classic scientist, these villains use their queerness not as a gimmick, but as an integral part of their personas. Featuring fan-favorites like Marvel’s Loki, the charismatic Frank N. Furter, the deadly yet stylish Villanelle, and the unpredictable Harley Quinn, these characters bring depth, drama, and flair to the villain role. Whether it’s vengeance, chaos, or seduction driving them, they redefine what it means to be a queer villain. Which one left the strongest impression on you? Let us know in the comments!
