Home Care or Care Home?
Deciding when—and whether—to transition a person living with dementia from care at home to a supervised care home can be one of the most difficult decisions families face.
On this episode of Caring Conversations, Lucy and Joanne explore the challenges, emotions, and practical considerations involved in making this important choice. They look at the different care options available, what to consider when weighing them up, and the processes involved in making a transition.
Whether you’re facing this decision now or simply want to understand what lies ahead, join Lucy and Joanne for an honest and informative conversation designed to help you feel more informed, prepared, and supported.
Caring Conversations is sponsored by the Petro-Canada CareMakers Foundation.
