Same actor btw 😳

Al Pacino as Big Boy Caprice in Dick Tracy (1990) feels almost unreal compared to the serious, controlled characters he’s known for in films like The Godfather, Scarface, and Heat. Instead of the calm, intimidating presence we usually associate with him, he goes completely over the top with exaggerated expressions, a wild voice, heavy prosthetics, and cartoonish energy. The transformation is so extreme that he barely feels like the same actor, yet somehow all that intensity is still unmistakably Pacino. It’s one of those performances that shows just how far he was willing to push a character.
