Ingredients
Red Wine (1 part): 4 oz (120 ml) of a young, fruity, dry red wine (e.g., Garnacha, Tempranillo, or Pinot Noir).
Lemon Soda (1 part): 4 oz (120 ml) Lemon soda (like Fanta Limón) or lemon-lime soda (Sprite/7Up).
Ice: Plenty of ice cubes.
Garnish: Lemon slices or wheels.Optional: A splash of sweet red vermouth for extra depth.
Instructions
Prep the Glass: Fill a highball or wine glass to the top with ice.
Add Wine: Pour in the red wine.
Add Soda: Top with the lemon soda.
Optional Kick: Add a splash of sweet vermouth if desired.
