True Creepy Coincidences

Five coincidences that should not be possible.
A church choir where all 15 members were late on the same night, minutes before a gas leak destroyed the empty building. A woman who lived through three ship disasters, including the Titanic. An author born when Halley's Comet appeared, who said he would go when it came back, and did. And a novel about a giant unsinkable ship that hits an iceberg and sinks, written 14 years before the Titanic.
Every one of these actually happened. Which one breaks your brain the most?
