Sega's side-scrolling brawler may be a storied game franchise, but it's not exactly known for its story. Golden Axe showrunners Mike McMahan and Joe Chandler and stars Matthew Rhys, Liam McIntyre, Danny Pudi, and Carl Tart join IGN's Tom Jorgensen to explain how that was the perfect place to start building the show's mythology and how they incorporate video game logic into both the comedy and action.
