News24 host Chris Kenny calls for a fresh inquiry into the ABC after the broadcaster sacked former bikie reporter Mahmood Fazal and removed multiple reports over discredited interviews and sources.
“The Coalition is calling for a fresh inquiry into the ABC after the broadcaster was forced to sack former bikie turned reporter Mahmood Fazal,” Mr Kenny said.
“At least five of his reports have been taken down over discredited interviews and sources.
“Including an episode where the ABC used taxpayers' money to rent a flash car to make someone look like a high-level drug dealer.
“This is an outrage; our tax dollars are being spent on fake news at the national broadcaster.”
