“My Guys Have To Be Sharp” | Scott Roth & Dakota Mathias on Next Man Up | Tasmania JackJumpers

Nine players, a quick turnaround and plenty of belief.

Scott Roth and Dakota Mathias front the media after Sunday’s undermanned win. They talk about the next-man-up mentality that got it done, and the bench players who were ready when their number was called.

Roth explains why defence is the one thing that travels with you all season. He gives a positive update on the injured pair, talks about the challenge of the Breakers’ physicality, and is honest about what it’ll take to finally break through in Sydney: “It’s on us.”

Mathias talks about life in the mask, playing the JackJumpers’ brand of basketball, and stacking good days heading into the FIBA break.

Built together. Earned together. 🐜
