Hello everyone! 🙇🏻‍♀️ Today, after such a long time, it’s finally back!!!! 🌶️ Spicy chili kimchi 🌶️!!!!!!!!! And what do you eat on chili kimchi day? Black bean noodles, of course! I cooked three packs of jjajang ramen (Jjapaghetti) ❤️ and served them with soft-fried eggs and extra Cheongyang chili powder! It’s been so long since I last had chili kimchi… I don’t even know why I ever forgot about this flavor 🤦🏻‍♀️ It’s seriously THAT good!!!!!!!!! The kind of food that makes you forget the camera is even on and just keeps you eating nonstop 🪄✨ I stuffed the cucumbers with tons of Cheongyang chili powder, so they’re super crunchy, spicy, and insanely savory, and paired with thick, sweet-savory black bean noodles… I mean, it’s a perfect match. Then came the rich soft-fried egg and cheese for a little “jjajang-egg-cheese” moment 🧀 and to finish, even more Cheongyang chili powder to level up the heat! I fully enjoyed this full course created by chili kimchi 🫢👍🏻 Now I’m already happily 고민ing about what I should eat with chili kimchi next, hehe… You guys should treat yourselves too with your own “can’t-fail combos” and get that dopamine boost! Thank you so much for watching today 🥰
