Popok reports on a historic hearing tomorrow before the DC Federal Appeals Court and the entirety of its 11 judges to decide whether a District Court trial judge can continue to make a criminal referral of the Trump Administration and former DHS Sec Kristie Noem for violating his orders and removing 200 men to El Salvador over his injunction.  This case is surely on a rocket docket up to the Supreme Court next and tells judges everywhere whether they have the power to reign in Trump's abuse of power and lawlessness or not.
