人類沿用近一世紀的輪椅看似完美，實則會帶來骨質流失、肌肉萎縮、壓瘡、肩關節損傷等身體後遺症。過往外骨骼受困平衡、造價、穿脱難度無法普及。如今中國團隊從硬體外骨骼與脊髓電刺激兩個方向取得進展，搭配供應鏈成熟與醫保支持，讓行動障礙者有機會重新站立、獲得平視對話的尊嚴。輪椅不會就此消失，但科技正在補足過去看不見的缺口。
Wheelchairs that humans have used for nearly a century seem perfect, yet they cause physical sequelae such as bone loss, muscle atrophy, pressure sores and shoulder injuries. Previous exoskeletons failed to gain popularity due to issues with balance, high costs and complex wearing procedures. Nowadays, Chinese teams have made progress in two directions: hardware exoskeletons and spinal cord electrical stimulation. Coupled with mature supply chains and medical insurance support, people with mobility impairments get a chance to stand again and regain the dignity of eye‑level communication. Wheelchairs will not disappear, but technology is filling the previously unseen gaps.
