밤호박강낭콩설기떡 재료

멥쌀 165g 190ml컵
찹쌀 56g 40ml컵
산도 13%이상 두배식초 어른숟가락 1스푼
소금 2g 1t
설탕 25g 2T반
삶은 흰강낭콩 50g 60ml컵
밤호박 1개 350g (1/3개 물주기용 1/3개 길게 썰기 1/3개 깍둑썰기)
물 어른숟가락 2스푼
강낭콩배기 한줌반

강낭콩배기 재료

삶은 강낭콩 한컵
물 50ml
설탕 2스푼
올리고당 1스푼

강낭콩 삶는법 & 강낭콩배기 만드는법(흰강낭콩 삶는법도 동일해요)

강낭콩 하루밤 불리고 물 콩의 세배이상 넉넉히 붓고 소금 약간 넣고 팔팔 끓으면 중불로 20분정도 끓여서 익히고 물을 뺍니다
삶은 강낭콩 한컵 물 50ml 설탕 2스푼 올리고당 1스푼 넣고 중불로 물이 자작해질때까지 졸이고 체에 펼쳐 물기빼서 사용합니다

165g 190ml cup of non-glutinous rice
Sticky rice 56g 40ml cup
Acid more than 13% double vinegar adult spoonful
2g 1t of salt
25g 2T half sugar
Boiled white kidney beans 50g 60ml cup
350g of chestnut pumpkins (1/3 water supply 1/3 long cut 1/3 long cut)
2 tablespoons of water
a handful of kidney beans

kidney bean-pulled material

a cup of boiled kidney beans
50ml of water
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 spoonful of oligosaccharide
