😴10 Years of ASMR 🎉

Hi everyone, it’s me~Kaya ASMR.

I can’t believe it’s already been 10 years since I uploaded my very first video on August 7th, 2015.
I still remember how excited I was that night… but now, 10 whole years have passed! Time really flies.

Over the years, the way I make videos has changed a little – from horizontal to vertical videos, and in the past 2–3 years, mostly live streams. But no matter what, ASMR has always been a part of my life.

There were times I felt burnout, but trying new platforms and new styles of ASMR really helped me keep going.
And honestly, the biggest reason I could continue for so long is because of you.
Without your love, support, and watching my videos, I could never have come this far. I truly, truly thank you.

Also, since October 2017, when Kaya ASMR reached 100,000 subscribers, I’ve been donating every month to help children in need around the world. And I hope I can keep doing this journey with you for 10, 20, even 30 more years, as long as we can.

2015년 8월 7일, 설레는 마음으로 제 첫 영상을 업로드했던 그 날이 아직도 생생한데, 어느덧 오늘로 딱 10년이 되었어요. 시간이 이렇게 흘러갔다니 정말 믿기지 않아요.
가로 영상으로 시작해서 세로 영상, 그리고 최근 몇 년 간은 라이브 방송으로 영상의 형태와 장소는 조금씩 바뀌었지만, 지난 10년 동안 제 삶에는 늘 ASMR이 함께였습니다.

번아웃이 오던 시점에 만난 새로운 플랫폼과 새로운 형태의 ASMR 창작방법은 제가 ASMR 활동을 지속하게 할수 있는 힘이 되기도 하였어요. 무엇보다 지가 10년 이라는 시간동안 ASMR 활동을 이어올 수 있었던 건 모두 여러분 덕분이에요. 언제나 영상을 시청해주시고 응원해주시는 여러분이 계셨기에 여기까지 올 수 있었어요. 진심으로 감사드립니다.

그리고 2017년 10월, Kaya ASMR 유튜브 채널이 10만 구독자가 되었을 때부터 현재까지, 매달 전 세계 도움이 필요한 어린이들에게 후원을 이어오고 있어요. 앞으로도 이 여정을 10년, 20년 아마도…30년… ?힘이 닿는한 여러분과 오래오래 함께하고 싶어요.
